Registo para acções legais contra o Fortis
A Euroshareholders, confederação pan-europeia de associações de investidores, anuncia que lançou 4 sítios na internet para reunir esforços dos accionistas Europeus do Fortis. Os accionistas estão convidados a juntarem-se a esta acção e registarem como apoiantes. Neste momento nenhuma contribuição financeira será pedida aos investidores.
É objectivo da Euroshareholders cooperar com os quatro membros nacionais da Euroshareholders (Bélgica, Países Baixos e Luxemburgo) e iniciar acções em tribunal para defender a posição dos accionistas do Fortis.
O que posso encontrar no sítio da internet?
- uma análise do que foi feito errado pelo Fortis;
- possíveis acções em tribunal (de acordo com a Lei Holandesa)
O que pode ser feito pelos accionistas do Fortis?
- investigar se houve informação desapropriada prestada aos accionistas;
- investigar se houve gestão inadequada e qual o papel da Gestão;
- tentar formar um forte bloco que possa ser usado para melhorar a posição financeira dos accionistas do Fortis.
Por fim, enfatizamos que a Euroshareholders e as associações nacionais são organizações sem fins lucrativos.

Euroshareholders starts FORTISACTION.COM
Registration for legal actions Fortis
Euroshareholders, the pan European organisation of shareholder associations, announces that it has launched 4 websites to bundle forces of European shareholders of Fortis. Shareholders are invited to join the action and register as supporter. At this moment in time no financial contribution will be asked to investors.
It is the aim of Euroshareholders to cooperate with four national members of Euroshareholders (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) and start legal actions to defend the position of Fortis shareholders.
What can you find on the website?
- an analysis of what went wrong at Fortis;
- possible legal actions (under Dutch law).
What can be done for Fortis shareholders?
- investigate misinformation to shareholders;
- investigate mismanagement and the role of the Boards;
- try to form a substantial block that can be used to improve the financial position of the Fortis shareholder.
Finally we stress that Euroshareholders and the national associations are non-profit organisations.
